1.5 chapters written today

Finished off chapter 23 and wrote the whole of chapter 24 this afternoon.

Wanted to write more, but I was struck by lack of motivation until about 2pm.

I'm just under half way through now so I'm still on track to finish by the end of July, thankfully!

Just renewed my SCBWI membership

$80 a year is pretty steep but so worth it for what I couldn't get anywhere else!

Just finished my fourth chapter of the day!  Aiming for the fifth now!  I'm a machine today!  lol

Just finished chapter 19 which is my third chapter of the day, so I can now, officially, reward me with a can of J2O like I promised myself I would last week.

Very much doubt I'll write 6 chapters by bed time, but considering it's not even 4pm yet, I'm going to have the can and go to bed for a very early night.

Aiming to write another chapter before bed time, but if I manage a total of three chapters today then I can open a can of J2O for the first time since Friday... no pressure or anything!  lol
